Forum User Agreement

These Terms apply to www.thelifechangenetwork.com, www.facebook.com/thelifechangenetwork, and www.twitter.com/#!/lifechangenet (collectively, the “Sites”), which are operated by The Life Change Network (“TLCN” or “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Through the use of the forums incluging posts, comments, and any other interactive communication,  (collectively, the “Forum”), in association with TLCN, you agree to the following:

 The real-time nature of this Forum makes it impossible for TLCN to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted herein. Furthermore, TLCN does not endeavor to completely curate this resource. We do not necessarily actively monitor the contents of the Forum for accuracy or decency.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use the Forum to post any material that is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law. You will not post commercially oriented posts to promote your own commercial interests. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by TLCN. If you are found to possess, distribute, or intentionally link to illegally-obtained materials or materials that violate the rights of the copyright holder, your account will be terminated immediately.

To refrain from attempting or aiding others to bypass forum security measures – these measures include, but are not limited to, re-registering new user names to bypass bans, starting a new thread to bypass thread closings, hacking into the forums, bypassing moderator decisions about content, and attempts to obtain privileges only available to TLCN staff members and its featured contributors.

We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the content of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of the Forum or any entity associated with the Forum. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.

Although this Forum is not able to review all messages posted and will not be held responsible for the content of these messages, we reserve the right to delete any message and/or disable any user’s account for any reason and without posted explanation. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TLCN and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).

TLCN  reserves the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a compliant or legal action arising from any message posted by you.

Please note that advertisements, spamming, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are inappropriate on this Forum.
