If you want to grow your life, business or relationship, then you are going to have to face your fear and do it anyway. There is no way around this.

Your fears are the doorways to your wildest dreams.  Everything you want is sitting on the other side of your NO!  In fact, if you want more money, it’s easy to find.  Pay attention to what you don’t want to do. That’s where most of your wealth is waiting for you.

I know that there are a ton of self-help books out there that say to do what you love and the money will come. That’s partly true; however, most of us resist change.  For you to leave your comfort zone, you must embrace change.

Here’s the deal – monitor your feelings in whatever area of your life that you want to design a change.  When you hear the words come out of your mouth, “I don’t want to do that,” pay close attention.  Ask yourself – what is causing me to make this decision?

What are you afraid of?

Here are some examples of what fear can look like.

  • Some people are afraid to take on more responsibility at work because they have the story that they will miss out on their children growing up.
  • What if I get up on stage and I forget my presentation or my content isn’t unique enough?
  • You are afraid of getting married because you might possibly be making a mistake or there is still someone more perfect for you out there.

All of the above thoughts come from a space of scarcity and the problem with that is that a decision that comes from fear is unstable.  The only strength you have is a decision which comes from LOVE!

As you can see, it is important to face your fear; otherwise you will stay in your comfort zone and never get to see what else is available for you!

Last year I had a client – we’ll call her Susan, who took on her fear and went from struggling to freedom.

When she started with us, she was afraid to take on a project that she thought would suck up all her time and not allow her to be a good mom.  Once she finally faced her fear and did it anyway, she found that her project would take 4 hours a month and pay her an ever growing monthly income.

This inspired Susan to expand and take on more, despite her original fear.

Next, Susan sent out an email and had 70 new inquires to work with her, ending up in a $5,000 week paycheck.  The MIRACLE isn’t in the money, but in the empowerment of knowing that she can do it.  Now, Susan knows how to design her business and her life with less stress.

Now ask yourself what are you holding yourself back from?

Is it buying a new car, taking a vacation, or growing your business?

Take a moment and make a decision on what you want and commit to it 100% because it all starts in your head!  Go ahead and set your dream in motion by declaring it to the world in the comment box below.
